When you purchase themes, templates or graphics directly from KEP Internet, the following warranties apply for one year unless otherwise noted.
Keep in mind, none of these warranties are meant to denote that we cannot give you more than stated. However, these are the MINIMUM guarantees you will receive from KEP Internet.
If you purchase KEP Internet themes, templates or graphics, via a "third-party" vendor (basically, this means from anyone other than KEP Internet), these warranties apply for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.

| We will fix, repair or replace anything you find that does not work correctly according to the theme's template or graphic specifications. This also includes the loss of the theme (disk crash, accidental erasure, etc.). *
| If you purchase directly from us, this policy is extended for the life of the product

| We will replace a theme, template or graphic for any reason *
| This is not meant to infer that if you decide you don't like a theme, template or graphic that you purchase, we will replace it with another. It means we will replace the theme, template or graphic with a copy of the same one in cases of hard disk crash, accidental erasure, etc. |
| If you purchase directly from us, this policy is extended for the life of the product

| Should we add enhancements to a theme, you will be offered a free upgrade. |
| If, within the periods listed above, we "degrade" a theme, template or graphic and either offer it as shareware, free, linkware or any other manner that does not require a purchase, we will offer you any other existing KEP Internet theme of equal or lesser value at no charge. |

Theme Usage Policies
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using any of our themes and/or their accompanying templates.
Your use of the theme indicates your acceptance of the terms of this License Agreement. Your purchase of a KEP Internet theme or template grants you the following license:
| Use of any KEP Internet theme you purchase on more than one computer is prohibited without prior written consent.

| You may only use any KEP Internet theme you purchase on one website, whether it is your own or for a client.
| If you wish to use it for more than one client it must be repurchased for each subsequent client. |
| If you wish to use a theme on more than one website you or your company owns, it is permissible as long as you are not re-selling the theme or offering it to others to use on their sites. This is meant to prevent web hosts, designers, etc. from purchasing a theme and using it on multiple client sites. |

| You may not transfer this theme in any manner to any other user, either group or individual, without the permission of KEP Internet FrontPage Themes.
|
| You may not store any KEP Internet theme on a server and offer it for sale or resale.
|
| You may not include any KEP Internet theme on a CD or web collection of themes without prior written consent. This is illegal and is prosecutable under the current laws.
|
| You may use any KEP Internet theme graphics you purchase in a single application, free from copyright infringement. If the main graphical image used in the template is accompanied by a copyright symbol or message, this symbol or message may not be removed from the image(s).

| You may alter the appearance of KEP Internet theme graphics you purchase. In case of alterations made by the purchaser, KEP Internet retains the ownership rights to the theme and template. Changing images or modifying the theme is at the sole risk of the user and KEP Internet FrontPage Themes does not guarantee the performance of nor offer support for any altered theme package.
| KEP Internet themes that have been modified by users or anyone other than a KEP Internet representative, may not be sold without prior written permission.

| You may not, in any fashion or media, reproduce any of these licensed graphics individually for offering to other parties, either individually or in a collection, whether for free or for fee except as is customary in web site design or for promotional items.
KEP Internet themes are offered in good faith. The purchaser agrees to not hold KEP Internet FrontPage Themes liable for any loss of revenue, time, or other damages that might be incurred, directly or indirectly, through the use of any KEP Internet theme.
The bottom line: Web Designers may use a theme and template package to create a web site for a client. If the client is going to maintain his own site, the client will need the package on their own computer. If you (the designer) want to use the theme and template package again, you must repurchase the theme from KEP Internet FrontPage Themes. You may not sell or re-sell any KEP Internet FrontPage Theme.
Any of the above may be changed, added to or deleted by KEP Internet without notice.
