PLEASE READ THESE PAGES BEFORE SENDING US A PROBLEM REPORT!
99% of the problem reports we receive would never have been sent if the person had taken the time to read through the questions and answers here.  We don't claim to know everything but we've heard and answered most of it. :)

Theme Installation Issues
This applies to theme installation issues ONLY!
In other words, the theme will NOT install on your machine

bulletIf you bought one of our themes through a third-party vendor and you experience a problem installing the theme, you will have to contact the vendor.
bulletSome third-party vendors re-package our themes in their own installation programs.  Since we are not privy to those programs and have no idea how they work, you will have to contact the vendor you bought them from for any installation issues.
bulletIf you purchased one of our themes directly from us and it will not install, please let us know if there is a problem and we will do our best to help you fix the problem using the code 2002.
